This is a quick announcement to let you know that PayFast has been disabled on our client portal, effective immediately.

We’ve made this change due to ongoing issues reported by clients, including payments not allocating to invoices automatically and cases where PayFast incorrectly deducted amounts against certain invoices. To protect clients and ensure accurate billing, we’ve decided to remove PayFast until a more reliable solution is in place.

Going forward, EFT is our only available payment method. To make this as simple as possible, we have also removed the EFT payment processing fee.

In the new year, we’ll be exploring new payment gateway options as well as debit order facilities, and we’ll share an update once these are ready.
